Dr. James Bach, ND, DNH, has dedicated himself to guiding others in their pursuit of health and wellness. By using holistic practices, concepts and devices, sports-specific training protocols, restorative and corrective exercise techniques and nutrition guidance, he helps individuals feel better and surpass their previous performance levels.

Dr. James specializes in using natural healing techniques which include Lifestyle Coaching and Counseling, Reiki Energy, Sound, and Bodywork Treatments, Performance Enhancement Programming, and Injury Prevention/Injury Recovery Protocols. Dr. James customizes the experience for each patient to address physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs. The programs designed are based off personalized evaluations completed by the patient. Dr. James’s priority is to provide guidance and support through the patients healing journey.

Dr. James is board certified by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board in Naturopathic Health. He is also a certified fitness trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is attuned to the level of Reiki Master.

As a Doctor of Natural Health and a Naturopath, Dr. James offers patients ideologies consisting of positive lifestyle choices with the appropriate physical challenges. Combining proper breathing techniques, customized nutrition concepts, energy management philosophies and mental strategies, each patient learns skills to better ‘stay present in the moment’ so that their abilities to perform in all situations improve and surpass previous performance levels.

Dr. James believes proper breathing is one of the many tools that can help individuals obtain better health and a higher quality of life. He treats each individual as a whole, helping them locate their breath while focusing on specific needs as well as treating the whole body to create lasting results and optimal health and wellness.
